Thorough Product Inspection

We want to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. Therefore, all our products undergo thorough inspection and quality checks before being dispatched.

Returns

Due to our strict quality control processes, we do not accept returns for products once they have been dispatched. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, specifications, and any available customer reviews before making a purchase decision.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the order has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at sales@metrobtc.in or WhatsApp us with your order number and cancellation request. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and initiate a refund.

Refunds for Cancellations

If your order has been successfully canceled before dispatch, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued in your bank account via NEFT and your account details need to be provided to the support team during the process. Please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exclusions

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds, except in cases of product defects or errors caused by us.

Warranty Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Please review our warranty policy below for coverage of manufacturing defects in armature and stator for products that come under warranty.

Warranty Duration

Certain power tools are covered by a warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects in the armature and stator.

Exclusions

Please note that the warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by user mishandling, overloading, or improper use of the power tool. Any unauthorized modifications or repairs performed on the power tool will also void the warranty.

Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Claim Inspection:
    a. To process the warranty claim, it is mandatory to send the power tool to our designated service center or the address provided by our customer support team.
    b. The power tool will undergo a thorough inspection to determine the nature of the defect and if it falls under the warranty coverage.
    c. Please note that the claim inspection may take approximately 7-10 business days from the date we receive the power tool.
  2. Claim Decision:
    a. Upon completion of the claim inspection, we will inform you of the decision regarding your warranty claim.
    b. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed and falls within the warranty coverage, we will proceed with the necessary repairs or replacement.
    c. If the power tool is found to have been mishandled or used improperly, the claim will be rejected.
    d. The decision made by our authorized service center is final.

We recommend carefully reading the user manual and following the recommended operating instructions to ensure the longevity of your power tool and to avoid voiding the warranty.
